I just read that they released her due to an "undisclosed medical condition" -- what do you think it is? First I thought that maybe she was pregnant; however, pregnancy usually doesn't get you out of jail time...even in Los Angeles County.

Home confinement-

That is like sending a child to his room for punishment and the room is decked out with TV,stereo, video games, computer, etc.

I have an idea- she can serve home confinement at my house we can trade off houses and I'll stay at hers.
I need the vacation

FYI - when I was a probation officer and had clients on home confinement they were often not required to be home all the time...they had periods of the day where they could be away...they could go to work...doctors appointments...etc.

The only good thing is that at least the taxpayers are not paying to keep here there anymore, but seriously -she should be paying for all the court costs associated with her stay. The funny thing about it is that it actually makes Martha Stewart look good for handling her jail sentence with grace!

They sure showed her! I guess certain people are above the law. Now the teenagers who idolize her (for whatever reason!) will have terriffic attitudes!
