Thank God this poor kid will be released. I can't see the purpose of punishing an underage kid with 10 years in Prison for having consensual oral sex with another minor due to a loop hole in a law...oh and he was going to have to be a registered sex offender as well. They changed the law to make it not as serious and then said no retroactive releases...the judge decide to go against that ruling...Thank God. The kid was on his way to graduating...going to a good college and if I recall he had a scholarship as well. I agree he made some mistakes but should have been punished by mom not the law.
