At noon here they came on and said they had found "viable" evidence at the home, but it would be at least noon tomorrow before they could give out any information. At this time they still have no suspects (that they are telling anyway).

It's not the little boys father that they suspect is it? It's the woman's married boyfriend....so possibly the father of the unborn child.

IF he did do it.....Why do these men (like the Peterson guy) think they can just kill and never even be suspected???? CRAZY!!

To hear a baby say "Mommy is in the rug".....horrific!!

The father of the 2 year old and the unborn baby is a married man. He is the father of both of them and he is married to someone else.

I feel for her family and son, but I'm sure she will not be found alive. Tragic.

I don't think the cop (father to be of the unborn baby) was also the father of the two year old. So, he might not even know him. The mom might not have brought him around her 2 year old so as not to confuse him. Especially, since he was married and a local cop.

Thanks for including the link! The cop was the father of both. If it were him the boy would have known...unless, he just isn't saying. He said a few other things too that were included in the link.

How tragic! So many sad things happen. About a month before we moved a two year old was taken to the hospital by the babysitters because he had fallen. When he fell he stopped breathing. At the hospital, they couldn't save him. When the grandmother got there and saw him she said that he had bruises all over him. Looked like he was in a barfight. What two year old does something so bad that he would get beaten that bad? Police are still investigating the last I heard. A sad, sad world...

Both articles do say that he is the father of both kids. I wonder if his wife had anything to do with it.

I want to beleive she is okay but it sure doesnt sound like it.

sound good. And that poor little boy. Thank god nothing happened to
him while he was there by hisself. Boy things like this just get you when
people can be so cruel. My dad said he heard something about

Thay were showing the burnt clothes on the Noon news, but said they don't think that they belonged to the missing girl!

They are being very tight lipped now, and the family were all in a big meeting at the sheriffs office. My dh works across from the Stark County Sheriffs office, he's say's that there are news crews all over the place, and the cops are visible all over Canton(more so than usual) I really doubt that they are going to find this girl alive. This is sooooo scary!!!

Thanks Bonniebelle, my dad had heard this and we didn't know
for sure if the cloth's were hers. Lord I hope they find her but
it sure doesn't look good. I'll be praying for her. She's not far from
my thoughts. I just don't understand how someone could be so cruel
to rip this poor woman away from her family.
