This story was in the Natl news this morning. Here are some more details from a local newspaper.
• Wednesday, 9:20 p.m. Patty Porter speaks to her daughter Jessie M. Davis by phone, the last time Davis, 26, who is 9 months pregnant, has been heard from.
• Thursday Porter doesn’t hear from daughter, which she notes as unusual.
• Friday Porter drives to her daughter’s Lake Township home and finds her grandson, Blake, 2, alone inside and the bedroom in disarray. Davis and her cell phone are missing. Porter calls deputies, who canvass the neighborhood. Deputies question Bobby Cutts Jr., a Canton police officer who is the father of Blake and Davis’ unborn child, and Cutts’ wife, Kelly.
• Saturday More than 1,200 fliers are posted and distributed. Sheriff’s deputies K-9 unit searches three times from Davis’ home with no results.
• Sunday About 60 family, friends and concerned residents mount an extensive search for Davis or any evidence in the case.
