I just can't imagine how an 11 year old getting so drunk and tehn driving a car at 100 mph I have an 11 year old, I think I would freak if she did something like this. I just don't understand it, I guess. I am just speechless.......................................

I read this ... I can imagine what the cop thought when he saw what he had pulled over. Poor man.

That is so sad. Going to pick up her sister at a concert? There's a lot wrong w/this picture - I find it interesting that in no report I've read they mention her parents.

"Duck declined to release the girl's blood alcohol level but said a blood test at the hospital showed it was higher than .02, the legal limit for minors."

above is a quote from the article

since when do minors have a legal limit for alcohol in the system........aren't they suppose to have NO ALCOHOL in their system?!?!?!?! ray: ray:

correct me if I am wrong.........but, isn't that what the article was saying?????

yes, children can have alcohol in their systems. most over the counter liquid meds have alcohol in them.

I can speak from experience when I say yes your kids have access to alcohol even if it is not in your house. I was drinking by age 12, I used to bring it to school. In 3 yrs I was never caught. I also did other things by this age. It's out there and it doesn't matter where u live. I was also a straight A student.

*shakes head* I don't even really know what to say to it; sadly, not much surprises me anymore.
