I don't think it's a setup. I think what it COULD be is a crazy pedophile that knows lots of details about the murder because he's been voraciously studying it for years (according to his family & exwife), and is just claiming to have done it. If it ends up this sicko didn't do it and ends up putting these poor people through more trauma, then I vote we organize a mommysavers posse to hunt him down & beat him to death with our frying pans. So either way...he did murder her, or a sicko just claiming to...he's an a$$hole.

Here, Here!! I completely agree!!!! With everything you said. I have my serious doubts as to whether he really did it or if he's looking to have a "claim to fame." I hope it's him so that the case can be closed, but I just really don't think...based on the impressions I get from him and those who know him....that he did it. Time will hopefully tell!!

I keep thinking of Mrs.Ramsey.She past away in june,fought cancer off and on for years.And past away still be a suspect.So sad.

What I wondered is, he said he picked her up from school, but she was found on December 26. That's the first thing I was thinking when I heard about this yesterday.

Yea after reading over everything , I think he may not be the guy but some sicko looking for fame. He isnt in his right mind and i think he still needs to be lock away and off the streets !

I watched a big thing on it last night and the original investigators of the case highly doubt it's him because there is almost NO evidence that even they know of that the media hadn't gotten ahold of. So, unless the get the DNA match - no grounds for arrest.

I hope they find the guy and put the story to rest, but this guy just seems fishy to me.

He may not be guilty in the JonBenet Ramsey case, but I'm convinced he's guilty of something SOMEWHERE. And I mean more than child ****ography. IF he's guilty of the Ramsey murder then he's definitely guilty of more than just hers and he's getting his details mixed up in the crimes he has committed.

As for Patsy Ramsey, just think about it this way...she's finally with JonBenet in Heaven where she has longed to be for the past ten years. I'm sure she'd want her husband to be vindicated, but at this point, she's not worried about the fingers pointed at her anymore.

Ok, here is what I don't think adds up. He said he took her after school yet she was found dead the day after Christmas, her mom said she was in her bed at 9pm (wouldn't she have been out of school?!). He said he drugged her yet no traces of drugs were found in her. The ransom note mentioned the $118,000 bonus the dad got from work, how would he or anyone else but the family know how much that check was for? The paintbrush that was used was found in the mom's art box, who would know to look exactly in that spot for a paintbrush? If he accidentally killed her, why would he have accidentally put a 12" gash (practically the whole girls head) in her head with a heavy blunt object? Who would have had the time to look for a pen and paper and write a 3 page ransom note? Could it have been someone she knew? I think if it was complete stranger maybe she would have screamed or fought a little bit, I know she was really young but someone snatching you out of your bed you think you'd let out a little scream or something. I don't know. The whole thing is just so frustrating, so strange. Who do you believe?
