I will be shocked if it is indeed her...unfortunately, IMO Madeleine is probably dead.

That would be a blessing if that little girl is truly Madeleine.

It's not that difficult, in theory, someone could drive into Spain from Portugal and then take a ferry from the southern tip of Spain over to Morocco...if someone really wants to do something, there is a way. Sadly, I don't think it's her though...

I don't think it's her either - it would be so wonderful is she were found but chances are she never will be.

I think she looks a little too young, more like 2 - the face shape is more like my 2 year old. However, if they were smart, they would say it wasn't her so she wouldn't be put in hiding. But there is a striking resemblance, and she does look quite out of place.
I also wonder if it's been doctored.
