As a political junkie I am signed up to get Gallup poll results everyday. I've often thought about posting them, but wasn't sure how many people would be interested. Anyway, today's poll was about the different political parties and the public in general's opinion of the media. What do you think???

Republicans Remain Deeply Distrustful of News Media

I agree. I'm pretty conservative and I do think the media is too liberal.

I thought it was interesting that even 16% of democrats thought the media was too liberal biased.

Over three-quarters of Republicans perceive the news media as being too liberal. That percentage drops to 43% among independents and only 16% among Democrats.

How about if you think they are just wrong? :D

I don't watch any national sort of news. I watch our local news in the morning, but then, they seem to be pretty non-biased, and just report things, not much sensationalism. They don't do a lot of "human interest" stories, just the news.

The "local" newspaper - the big one - however is so full of bunk, I don't read it.

I don't know what I'd call my beliefs - independent I guess. My dad is extremely conservative, and we feel the same - like the local news cast, hate national, and don't read the "Urinal" (Journal).
