I found out about this a few days ago... isn't it terrible? I didn't see Rimmel, which is my favorite on there, so I'm glad. I can't leave the house without my lipstick. It's the only makeup I wear, but I feel naked without it. Looks like it's msotly the red ipsticks with trouble?

the FDA does allow some lead in lipsticks, so this is also the government's fault. they should say absolutely no lead, then they wouldn't have to worry about whether a lipstick was over the limit or not.
