just a good reminder if you buy something off craigslist don't drop off or meet alone always bring someone with you and never let anyone come to your home... how sad..
Yeah, I think they got the main suspect. We'll see what happens with that. I got my cat off craigslist- a girl & her bf/male friend dropped her off here. It never even crossed my mind to worry.
That is scary! I heavily use Craigslist. I've had an experience with a perv email stalker. Since then I have my husband deal with the buyer or seller. We are picking up a bed for my daughter tonight. We will be extra cautious.

I use craigslist often, though I always meet up in a public area to drop off/pickup goods.
I've never had anyone come to my house for anything.
Also, I'm aware of my surroundings and make sure they're not following me home.
