The only reason we get "refunds" is because we allow our government to take more than it's fair share from our paychecks....

What else can we do?? Government is Still taking over 1000.00 a month!!

This Yr. we will have paid in 13,900!

We are maxed out on our Deductions( 6) - But because of the interest on our Mortgage and Us Claiming Work related Expenses, Donations to Charity AND because we get the Child tax credit for 4 kids. We always get a good Refund.

I guess this one doesn't really bother me as much. We try to treat our tax refund as a 'bonus' and not depend on it too much for necessities. I do think they should pay interest on the late returns, in the same amount that people have to pay when they file late.
