I think that the problem was in prosecuting as a peeping tom. How can you peep if the person is in public? They should have charged him with something else. I mean, if you don't have the right to privacy to keep private what is under your clothing, what does the right to privacy mean?

That's scary! I understand that they couldn't charge him as a Peeping Tom, but there has to be SOMETHING they could nab him on, especially as the girl was only 16. I don't understand why they wouldn't consider that sexual harrassment?

If he had the right to be there and she had no reasonable expectation of privacy then he better prepare himself for a right hook to the jaw. Man, this is sick. Never mind he was in his thirties and she was 16. Yeah, we feel safe knowing some sicko is allowed to do this to our daughters. Karma will get him, its got to.

They should have charged him with something else. Something that had a better chance of sticking.

Side note: what was she doing that she didn't notice a grown man kneeling beside/behind her so close that he could put a camera under her skirt? If a man was just standing that close to me I'd be a little jumpy.
