Did anybody read or hear about this, a 28 yr. old guy was going to propose to his 26 yr. old girlfriend and the method he used flew away in the sky. It is romantic, sad and unforgettable. Below is the link:

Poor guy! It would have been a good idea though to have tied the balloon to himself or something heavy (they have weights made for balloons). The girl is definately a LOSER! He needs a new girl who will appreciate him. GEESH how romantic! :-)
