They are Letting her keep the money!!

I still can't believe they were even asking for it back! ugg, amazing..

That's unbelievable. I'm glad Wal Mart gave in! Such a sad story. I can't imagine the pain this woman and her family go through every time she asks about her son and they have to tell her he's dead. She ends up crying like the first time - How horrible!

This woman's situation is tragic but I still stand that Wal-Mart was within their legal rights to go after the settlement she got from her lawsuit. But I am glad that they are giving up their law suit and letting her keep the money that she needs to take care of her.
