There have been rumors flying that CBS was going to get rid of Katie Couric before her contract was up. Now I just read something that said they may replace her with Anderson Cooper and she might go to CNN. What do you think of that switch?

I have to admit, I think Anderson Cooper would make a better prime time news journalist. Katie Couric strikes me as more of a "fluff" journalist; better at morning shows and human interest stories.

Ugh! NO WAY. I would quit watching CNN. They got rid of Paula Zahn for Campbell Brown, which isn't much of a difference and then to add Katie Couric to the mix would be double UGH. They should get rid of Campbell Brown and bring back Aaron Brown! Give me Lou Dobbs for another hour! ANYTHING!

I'll go to whatever channel Anderson ends up on, but I won't follow Katie over to CNN that's for sure.
