I hadn't read any 'in depth' stuff about the polygamy compound raid, but I happened to read this from an 'escapee' and it simply made me sick at heart

when she describes that baby torture it's almost more than i can bear, incomprehensible how that could really happen

I have seen her on CNN and read her book, "Escape." It's an interesting read and horrible that this is happening today in the world.

Oh my gosh that makes me want to throw up.

I feel sorry for these women. They don't know any
outside world and they are literally trapped in their
situation. It's so hard to believe that it's going on
in today's age. But I guess, like the article said,
if you're born into the life, you think it's normal.
