The saddest thing about this article is that 5 month fetuses aren't even considered human beings. That's just sinful and disturbing. Just because a baby isn't viable outside its mother at that age, it shouldn't be considered unworthy of being treated like a human being. That disgusts me totally.

He should be charged w/murder. They were little babies w/ a heart beating.

I am 5 months preggo right now! (weell 2 days away LOL)
and there is def a baby in there!! it is moving and kicking! and next week I will possibly be able to find out what sex it is!!
I do not understand how it can be said that this baby has to be 7 months to be consiserd a baby!! I HAVE A BABY!!!!!!

I totally agree. If it were an Animal you'd better believe that the animal protection league would consider it a life, but not humans. There would be rally's and champions of the cause. But because they are humans, oh well, just a little extra tissue. Sick.
