Amber - I fully understand and agree with what you're saying for the most part (I mean, this really isn't a major issue). I check my Rx when I pick them up to make sure I have the right stuff. If I order a diet cola at Burger King, I taste it to make sure it's diet. But from what I've read (and this is a local story here so it is ALL over the news) - this guy did not know that alcoholic lemonade existed. So, his checking to see that he got the right stuff would be to see if the label said "lemonade" instead of, say, 7 UP. It was, essentially, inconceivable to him for an alcohol label because he never knew such a thing existed. And I think folks w/ food allergies are super-cautious when they order out.
