Default Supreme Court upholds voter ID requirement

Indiana had passed a law requiring that people have an ID to prove who they are when they vote. I guess the purpose is to cut down on voter fraud or "dead" people voting. Some people have opposed it saying it would "disenfranchise" voters. Do you think it should be required to have an ID? Do you think that's a bad idea? Here's the articles:
