Oh yeah! The pg lady to the North was missing for two months! She came back HUGE! Wanna know the real dirt, though?! There are different cars parked outside her house every day. Different boys all the time.
Update on the washer and dryer....I think that they had problems with the new one, because I saw the store's truck in their driveway AGAIN the other day.
Idea for you...do you think we could make some $$$ turning in the dumb kids who run the stop signs? I'd love to do this from my porch. I'd be rich! My house would probably get egged daily, but that is the price you pay for vigilante justice.

I want to add that really I'm not a bitter and mean busy-body. I'm just being silly. I reread my last post and realized some might read it in a different tone than the one I wrote it in. I'm just being silly.

Our local news is sad. A hospital (where 2 of my children were born) overdosed premies with at least 100 times the normal dosage of heparin. A set of twins has died.

bbOkay the news this week is CRAZY here.

FIRST: There was a girl found in the middle of the street badly injured and later died at the hospital. Turns out, its a friend of mine's great neice.

THEN: There was an assult at the maxium security prison. My cousin works there as a CO, as well as a few people I went to HS with. An inmate attacked a CO with a homemade weapon and tried to kill him. I found out at work today, its a co worker's brother that was injured. He has several injuries to his neck, his knee is sprained and he is cut up pretty badly all over.

Our big news is the Port Huron to Mackinac sailboat race. The festivities were last week, with family night on Thursday and Boatnight on Friday. Race started Saturday. The first boats start arriving Sunday(yesterday)and the last of them usually get there Tuesday. Tommorrow.

A high school girl in my itty-bitty town was hit by lightning the other day. It went up from the ground through her feet and came out her nose ring (she's fine). DH and I were like wow, how about that, but didn't think much more of it, until I saw that it made it onto Drudge Report the next day. CBS did a whole interview on her, which I thought was kind of dumb. It's a week-old story now, though, so I can't find the story online anymore.
