I agree w/being safe now than finding out later that they really are harmful. It is always better to err on the side of caution than to put my head in the sand.

I think some do. My grandpa had a cell phone and developed a brain tumor above his ear, on the same side he would use his phone to talk on.

It isn't only cell phones.

My mom worked at a company taking orders over the phone using a headset. She developed brain cancer on the same side she used the headset.

Now I'd think this a coincidence But a woman that worked with her that wore her headset on the opposite ear developed brain cancer on the side She wore her headset not 6 months after my mom died from it, and this person died from it a few months later

Oh yes, they are connected.

I use my cell phone sparingly and would never use one as my primary phone.

We have a cell phone but only use the speaker option and only when it is husbands work. I used a phone a few times when we were in Korea and got headaches after each use. Only talked about 5 mins at the most so that should tell you something. I don't have to have a ton of bricks dropped on me to get the message!

Same with my uncle. He was a lawyer and was always on his cell. The neurologist even then said he thought it was related to the cell phone.
