I'm sorry...I don't care if I have to make a mad dash for the plane because I'm pressed for time I'm making sure everyone is accounted for before boarding...let alone the fact they didn't even notice and had to be told by cabin staff 40 minutes later that they had forgot a child.

Especially the fact that 40 minutes into the flight they had to be told their youngest wasn't with them really bothers me. I have four kids and I'm constantly counting them when we're out somewhere. I can't imagine not noticing one wasn't there for such a long period of time. Poor little girl must have been scared to death!

Note they also remembered the 18 suitcases, but forgot their child.

It really is sad that you could forget your child but remember all the luggage!

That is so sad... How can someone NOT see that their child's not with them...
