Yup, that's another great reason not to eat out. Save money AND calories!

That is not surprising at all. I guess it's a good thing we can't afford to eat out, lol.

And this is actually surprising to some people? I thought it was pretty well understood that fast food does not usually equal healthy food.

Maybe not sheltered, but healthy! I took the boys to Burger King once to eat with another friend with kids. They didn't eat their food and played the whole time.

Thank you!

They did eat a few nuggets on our Vermont trip. They got tired of the same snacks that I packed. I thought maybe they were the only children that will not eat fries. Apparently there are lots of Mommysaver kids that won't eat fries. BTW, I think it is fine for a treat every now and then.

I am not too worried about it. It is not like we eat fast food very often, when we do, they can eat what they want. Plus my boys need some fat on them!!!

Jamie will not eat fries, but Bob likes my homemade fries or sometimes we get the frozen ones and I bake them.

Exactly! Where have these people been?! Not only is it bad for you, it is so expensive for what you get! That's why they won't let any new fastfood chains build in LA for the next year! Too much fastfood is killing Americans.

Read "Eat This, Not That" for a real eye opening experience.
