That inmates.....ESP those who have done crimes to warrant the death penalty....have the ability to gorge themselves til obese is WRONG!!!

Give him the standard bologna sandwich and an apple and call him lucky to even get that

How much did he weigh when he committed the crime that got him there in the first place? He has nothing to lose and probably a state funded lawyer that is just racking up the hours spent on this idiot.

Well, he's got a little over two months before his execution death so why not put him on a diet to help him lose weight by then? And if his migraine medication is going to cause one of the drugs used to kill him to not work correctly, take him off the migraine medication. His veins can be found regardless of how hard it is to find them and the professionals know how to figure how much of the drugs to use based on his weight. So I think his arguments are ridiculous as there are several solutions available.

fat burns easier than meat....Fry his behind!!!


....Seriously though, I am sure they can figure out the dosage by the time his execution is scheduled.

The part that said "experts agree that if the first medication does not work, then the second one will be excruciating" really burns me up!!! Why are they being so sensitive to this criminals feelings & pain tolerance?! IMO, it SHOULD be excruciating! Those poor, defenseless, innocent young ladies went through an excruciating rape & murder. Why should the rapist & murderer that that sickening man is not have to endure an excruciating death just like his victims suffered.

Ugh.....society & the legal system today make me SICK, absolutely SICK!!! It is amzing the way we are supposed to pamper criminals & make the "comfortable" while they endure what is supposed to be "punishment" for the crimes thet have committed. OUTRAGEOUS!

I say, FRY THAT MAN, fat & all....and make it EXCRUCIATING!!!

When an inmate on death row has issues with things- it always irritates me. IMHO- I feel they are treated too nicely before they pay their dues (so to speak!)- especially when they are taken care of decently before they go (IMHO- if they have a place to stay and are given meals- it's not too bad for the punishment they truly deserve!).

I could care less if he suffers...in fact, I prefer that he does. He didn't care if his victims did. You can see what a winner he is, anyway.
