My goodness. How could the police not know he was the mayor? Even if he wasn't it's still sad what they are going through. What's really scarey is the tactic being used by the drug smugglers. It'll make me think twice before I bring a package in from my front porch.

It's very disturbing. No one is really taking responsibility. I saw an interview with a spokesperson for the county sheriff's office and she seemed to think they did everything they were supposed to.
