Sorry, I have to reply to this....this will cause a slippery slope, usually everything does...other people will start saying, "well if he can do that, why can't I do this.."...it always happens. And yes, I knew a mail carrier that wore a bathing suit to work because she was hot and couldn't work under those conditions. The manager told her to change or leave and it caused a big problem for a while..(she kept doing it). I don't think the women there wear skirts..I think the uniforms are all pants/shorts, so maybe he should just bit the bullet and get his pants bigger or something. I know a lot of mail carriers....some men only want to wear pink shirts, other transvestite men won't wear bras and offend the customers...I could go on and on...so I am for the "official" uniform.
