People love angry-faced cars - LiveScience - MSNBC.com

Too funny! I thought I was the only one who saw faces in car's front ends.

I think my Corolla looks sweet and innocent. My dh's old Saturn LS1 looks like it's up to something sneaky.

no--you're not the only one who sees faces in cars! i ALWAYS do LOL...and i prefer angry faced cars as well--they look more aggressive, and i love aggressive looking cars (i tend to be an aggressive driver, although i am watching that alot since i'm a mother now).

i love cars that have what i call, "evil smiles" (the grille) and "slanted eyes" (headlights). LMAO.

Oh, I see faces! And as a kid (long before the Stephen King movie came out), I was always terrified of Semi trucks and their faces.

What I get a kick out of are the names. Escape, Cavalier, Charger, Laser, etc. But one I laughed out loud at was the Aspire. Such a little car with no power - what did it Aspire to be? Something that works?

And there's the Focus...is that a subtle hint that you must focus on the road, or is it that Ford was focusing on the compact market? Or is the car so wimpy that you have to focus to drive it and pump it to get power?

And the Avalanche....dunno about you, but I wouldn't drive anything that is named after a disaster.

Let's not forget the Ford Probe. What exactly is it probing for? And who wants to be rearended by a Probe?
