I dont understand it ! I mailed Like 10 packages on the 30th. Now two ppl claim they havnt gotten theirs but everyone eles has. This one lady was mean and rude and all i did was ask she give it time maybe the holidays r making it late , I dunno. I guess this whole thing is my fault because i forgot confimation on all the packages, I was dealing with dad and just wasnt in my right mind. So Now Im off ebay ! That just stinks 100% feedback ruined . She came off as i was trying to steal her 12.00 ! Gosh times are hard but I would never ever Rip anyone off. Im Just sad and mad about it all. She was just so not willing to work with me , I was more than happy to refund her money . I guess its for the best so many rude ppl on there . And i dont make much after fees . It just stinks

My Dh said there is a ebay scam email going around telling people they're in breach of contract and telling them that there account is suspended. I wonder if thats happend to you? If you got a letter saying that you're supposed to report it to ebay.

WHY would they kick you off of ebay if you had 100% feedback?? That just doesn't make sense. AS PP posted, are you sure its not a scam? And a $12 item?? Please!

Unless it's an email to you that is on your actual ebay account (log into ebay then check my messages) it's not a real email. DO NOT CLICK ON THE EMAIL ITSELF!!!!! I get TONS of fake ebay emails. I forward them to spoof@ebay.com, then they'll email you back and tell you it was a fake. They always tell you not to click on any emails, but to only read the emails that are on the actual ebay site. Again....want to emphasize, don't click the ebay link that's in the email, but instead open a new window and go to ebay and then check messages. Hope it's just a spoof.

Yes i emailed her but she turned around and told ebay I lie saying I toldher " why are you so worried about it , I cnat control the post office" I did say i have no control over the post office because i dont but I was just ssaying maybe it was late because of the holidays. I never said " why are you so worried about it " cause i was worried myself. Yeap its so sad over 12.00 , and she left me a neg ! Just so rude. I have only had one run in with a person like this before and she wanted me to claim on insurnace cause she didnt get her item , but when i called the PO they told me she even Signed for it ! so she did get it and wanted her money too. I guess she thought i would just send her money and then get mine frm the PO , good thing i didnt go that way . that was over 100.00 for that item. I stopped selling for a long time after that .

I considered selling things on ebay....after hearing your story, it doesn't sound worth the headaches.

Sorry you ran across someone so awful.
