Okay, so I recently bid on and won a dvd for my kids. I paid for the item and was waiting for it to be shipped. The auction ended just a couple of days ago but today I went into my ebay and noticed that since I have paid for the dvd that I won the seller is now not a registered user. Im not sure what to do! Do I wait a little bit and see if the seller sends the item out or do I request a refund? If I were to request a refund Im not really sure how I would even contact the seller. Has this happned to anyone before and if so what did you do? Did I get ripped off?

What is their feedback? I have become an unregistered user twice in the years I have done ebay. Both times were because my account had been broken into. Ebay automatically shut me down while they fixed things. So, if that is it, don't freak. I would just email the person and let them know you had noticed it...AFTER you do give it a few days to get there!

This happened to me to and there was nothing I could do. I never got the dvd and never received a refund. If you paid with paypal I think there is a way to despute charges and get your money back.
