I am still trying to decide if I want to do this. Anyone with experience have any thoughts on this. The Pro's and con's? Also, if you combine shipping do you to send out one invoice for all of it?

I always offer to combine shipping because I believe it can encourage sales of my other items. Usually I tell my buyer that I will take the higher priced shipping and add $1-$2 to it. It is easy to combine the items on the invoice and you can manually change the shipping cost. Always be sure to 'preview the invoice' before you send it just to be sure you got both items included and your new shipping cost came across correct.

I offer combined shipping on my auctions (havent had anyone use it yet). I have also taken people up on the combined shipping offer when bidding. I think that when you offer combined shipping then the buyer will usually take the extra moment to look at your other auctions to see if there is anything else they would like to bid on. This gives your auctions more exposure. Plus I know for me personally I am apt to bid a bit higher than I normally would if I know there is combined shipping.
Oh almost forgot! Most people usually send out one invoice including all the items instead of seperate invoices. HTH

I am just starting out, and I thought offering it will encourage people to look at other things too. I just don't want to over charge people like I have been charged in the past! However, I don't want to be stuck paying part of the price bc I messed up with calculating shipping costs either.
