So you go to garage sales? Have things given to you?

How can I make this work for me to?

I look and see what I have, you can go to thrift stores, garage sales and get things you think people would want. Sometimes I go to garage sales of thrift store and look for name brand clothes / items and auction them off and get way more than what I paid.

I shop at any clearance section like in Target, Walmart, and Bealls, and even outlet stores. I like those deals under $3.00. I don't buy anything over $5.00 b/c u don't get your profit back. I also shop at thrift stores too....u can get good stuff there.

What works for me is buy sizes between 5-6 either in boys or girls and teen sizes from 12-16 in size. I usually buy name brands and I sell in lot deals. I also add accessories to lot deals. Which I buy from dollar stores.

I am most famous for selling big shoes from sizes: 10,11,12 in women's shoes b/c of a lot of cross dressers, u know what I mean. It sells like hot cakes!

I do alot of shopping at consingment shops and Goodwill. I once found some beautiful Hanna Andersson dresses for about $3 each, and I resold them for around $20. That is the BEST feeling!! But I also resell alot of what my kids wear, as long as it in still good condition.

I don't do alot of ebay selling anymore, I can't be bothered. LOL Plus I have no money for fees. I do alot of selling on my gymbo board, we sell alot more than gymbo, everyone is always looking for a great deal and its an easy way to do it without the ebay hassle.

I get the majority of my items from garage sales. I buy lots of different things. It just really varies from week to week. This week I am selling a bunch of school uniforms, most came from garage sales. A few were my daughter's. I also buy off the clearance racks sometimes. Not too much from Target, Walmart, and Kmart. Mostly from Limited too and Kohls. But since I am trying not to spend any extra money, I am trying to stay out of the stores. I also keep my eye open for other ebay seller's mistakes. I bought 4 NWT Christmas dresses in March or April for $20 with shipping. I will be able to turn around and sell them for at least $10 each plus shipping in November/December. I use to go to Goodwill too, but I don't have time for that anymore.
