So I sold an item and sent the invoice on March 27th. THe person hasn't paid, which is fine but I checked my ebay and there is no sign that the item was every sold or even listed!! So now I don't have the contact information for the person who won. What happened!! It was pair of shoes and it is not showing up anywhere, not under awating payment, print shipping or leave feedback.

I would check with ebay live and see if they have any advice for you. Don't know why it would be gone unless they pulled it, but you would have recieved an email if that happened.

Check the length of time you have showing under the sold items. If you have it set at items sold in the last 7 days and it was more than 7 days ago, you won't see it. Try switching to last 30 days.
