I would not leave negative feedback. Unless your auction states that payment must be made within 7 days. So many people who buy on ebay have kids and are so busy. I would give what I would want to get. If you are really curious you could look at the feedback she has received and if she has a lot of positive I would just chalk it up to her running a little behind this month.

i really odnt know what i owuld do,LOL. i also take the feedback very seriously, i have 300 positives with no neg. or neutral, and i want to keep mine that way. i dont like leaving neg. though for other people. i ahd something like this similar happen to me, but it was something i sold, i waited over a week for it, did nto receiv so i wrote to the person and asked about it, they said it was s ent out a while ago and to let them know when i got it, well i got it 2 days later, it was sent priority and it was dated 2 days earlier, the day i wrote them and they said it was sent out a while back. i would not of minded it at all if they would of just told me it was sent today, you know so sorry for the dealy or whatever, i know things can happena nd hold you up from sending stuff out but lieing is what i dont like. so i was torn between the whole feedback thing so i ended up just leaving no feeback. really just a choice you ahve to decide.

but even if there was something wormg, she thought she sent it but then realized she didnt, she still could of wrote and said i am sorry i thought i sent it but realized i didnt i ams ending it right out now. communication is a biggie on ebay. since she did not get back to you i would think that she lied, she knew she didnt send it . you could still leave pos. and just say payment was a little slow or somethng.
