I read all the tutorials, searched through the help section, everything but contact customer service, and all I found out was that it SAYS to click on the "Sign out" link at the top of the page. There IS no "Sign out" link at the top of the page I'm on!! I already went and deleted my cookies, history, etc. just to be safe...Does anyone else just click off the site without signing out? I can't find the link!!! HELP!!

On the top right hand corner by the word ebay, next to where it says welcome username, there in parnetheses it says sign out. You don't have to sign out unless you are worried about someone on your computer using your ebay.

I don't see any of what you just said. I wonder where I am that my page would be so different than what you said?

When I just go to the homepage:

eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices

It remembered me from the last time I was there (today actually), so it says Welcome MyUserName and then in parenthesis it says "not you?" and I can click on that.

Then after I click, I get a page where it gives me the fields to type in a username and password. My username is showing up in the name field. Then if I click on the ebay name/symbol (colored letters of ebay in the upper left corner) it takes me back to the homepage and it no longer shows my username and says "Log in" or "Register".

Maybe try that...? Sorry if that was really confusing!

Also if I sign in and confirm my password (on that page I was talking about above where my username was already in the name field) and click on the ebay letters after that, I get "sign out" at the top of the page.

Play around a bit and see if you can figure it out.

Good luck!
