Hi Everyone,

I have a quick question.... I have just recently starting trying my luck at selling some stuff on ebay. I have a item that I listed and at the end of the listing I had 3 bids. I went to "my ebay" to the sold section and sent the ebayer an invoice. They responded back... I have bid on 0 items from (my user name.) I emailed them back and copied where it stated that they had won my item. and they respond the same... "I have bid on 0 items from..." How could that be? Would the system be wrong? What should I do? Sorry for all the questions, but I don't know what to do. Should I report them. Thank you in advance for your help.

Yes, report it. Several things could have happened, someone could have gotten into the account. A family member could have used the account or they could have just changed their mind and trying to play dumb. The response you are getting makes me think the latter. Ebay will let you know how to handle it appropriatly.

yes i would contact ebay, if it showed they won then they must have bid on it, or someone else did on their account, i dontth ink it would show they did wneh they didnt. i ahve been on ebay for a long time and never heard of this, you can also open a unpaid item dispute.
