OK I'll try to keep this short.

I bought 2 different auctions from 1 seller. I emailed seller after 1st auction to let her know I was watching a 2nd. I won both auctions, then emailed for a total with combined shipping. She did not state in her description that she combined shipping & I forgott to ask, my bad. Now, she sent me an invoice with full price shipping for both auctions. Auction #1 was 1 pair of PJ's & Auction #2 was 5 pairs of PJ's. I emailed and asked her if she could put them all in a flat rate box. She responded that she would have combined my shipping if I had askes and that the items were already boxed seperately so DH could mail them. I received the package today, all in 1 box for $5 less than I paid shipping.

I'm not sure what kind of feedback to leave. She didn't go against anything she said in her description (except the items were not in as EUC as I expected), but she wasn't really nice about it either. Sure as I leave nuetral feedback, she'll do the same or worse!!

Help!

I would email her...do you have copies of the other coorespondence? Tell her that she had stated these were preboxed...so that she couldn't give you a shipping break..and then tell her that considering they came shipped together AND for $5 less than you paid...that you would like her to give you at least a partial refund for shipping. She can do this through paypal by going into the payment you sent her...without fees for both of you. And, if she doesn't cooperate, I would let her know you will be contacting ebay AND paypal to file a complaint. You CAN do that without or before leaving negative feedback. I have!

I agree with Blessed with 6 says. Contact her first. If she cooperates leave good feedback, if not it is up to you. Sometimes if I am not sure, I just won't leave feedback at all.

Thanks.

Once I calm down I'll compose a nice email and hope that will bring about a resolution.

I forget that not leaving feedback is an option! Better than leaving neg and then risking the other leaving an undeserved neg for you as well.

If emailing gets you nowhere, I would leave her a neg or a neutral. HOW is YOUR feedback/? If she retaliates, and you have goodfeedback, that will speak for itself. KWIM?? YOu can also respond to a bad feedback anytime too. Rotten sellers should not be allowed to continue on ebay without others knowing what they are doing.

My Feedback is great! Hers is also. I emailed and have not heard back yet. She did leave me positive feedback for 1 of the 2 auctions. I am waiting to hear from her. If I don't then I'm not going to leave her feedback at all. She knows I received the item and she knows how I feel.

Ebay is cracking down on shipping handling fees. If she stated she was mailing them separately and mailed them together, she has broken Ebay's new shipping rules. Just keep emailing her, then if she doesn't respond file a complaint against her with ebay and leave her negative feedback. Since you bought 2 things from her, the second feedback will not count against you. ONLY the FIRST feedback you receive is counted.

I thought that same thing....and almost posted that, BUT the negative DOES still show up for others to read. It just doesn't count against you.

I agree with sending another email trying to get some refund re postage.

I would leave no feedback, rather than negative.... especially as she could then place a negative feedback to you which could affect your later purchases or sales.

This is why it is recommended to have 2 seperate accounts - purchases & sales.

I recently purchased a DVD for my son from singapore. Charged $10 postage which I thought reasonable. Then it arrived without a case,no instructions, in an envelope for $1 posted in Australia.

When I contacted him he reckons he was in Aus re his visa & posted it then..... Ha!

Didn't even think about trying to recoup thru paypal or ebay... just didn't leave any feedback. Won't buy from him again!

Leaving feed backs are hard these days b/c we all can't satisfy the buyers and sellers. WE are all human and we tend to make errors/mistakes in buying or selling.

What I am doing regarding leaving feed backs if I get one either satisfied with a positive feed back or nuetral to negative...I am now replying the feedback stating what they bought and describing it is either NEW w/tags,New w/ box, New w/out tags/box, USED,GARAGE SALE FIND,gently worn but good to excellent condition and etc....
