Dropshippers are not a good idea. You really shouldn't be selling a product you don't have in your own hands. Too many things can go wrong and you don't have any quality control.
As for wholesalers...I would imagine most people won't give up their sources to their competition. It wouldn't really make any sense to research wholesalers yourself, gain a good working relationship with them, get a product that consistently sells for a profit...and then tell other people about it so they can compete with you. KWIM? LOL!
Are you a new Ebay seller? Have you tried to sell things around the house or from yard sales and thrift stores?
