I just purchased a lot of clothes from a seller on Ebay. They look really nice on the site. They were listed as School clothes. I got the clothes and I am VERY VERY disappointed. I have thrown better clothes away. The shipment was sent quickly, however, the first thing I noticed was the horrible musty smell, it seemed they were in the basement for awhile, then the clothes are horribly worn, holes and just very washed out. I am not happy at all, and I paid almost 90.00 for this lot. Should a send her an email and explain that I'm unhappy. I would have done better to take an afternoon and go to the outlets and get Kelsey some nice clothes. I just am not a complainer to complain about bad service, but I'm having a very hard time justifying this bad transaction. It looks like stuff either bought at yard sales or were free. Has anyone else complained about transactions on ebay

I did certainly learn my lesson. I do better selling then buying. I was in a hurry so serves me right. I do better shopping the clearance racks at Old Navy, Kohl's and such.

I'm going to send her an email, then from there I'll respond.

How were the items listed in the post? If she misrepresented herself I would ask for your money back. If the items were listed in good condition etc. you have recourse I would think through ebay. I would for sure leave negative feedback too. I am sorry you had this trouble. I've boughten tons of clothes on ebay (usually ones that are New with tags). Good luck.

If the item is significantly not as described in the auction and the seller refuses to work things out with you, you can open a dispute with PayPal. You & the seller negotiate to resolve the issue. If the dispute can not be resolved, you can escalate to a PayPal claim. Then PayPal investigates and resolves claim.

Yikes! I'd try to work something out! That's such a shame.

I am sorry you paid so much for bad clothes. I have bought and sold lots with great results so I guess it can be hit or miss with lots on Ebay.

Did this person have stellar feedback? Are they a powerseller? If so, I am guessing they will refund your money. If not file a claim like the other ladies suggested and leave negative feedback.
It's pretty obvious that no one in their right mind would pay $90 for a bunch of musty old clothes. Stress that argument to the seller. It's completely unfair!

i def. would email her and if she wont do anything to fix it, cotact ebay. if the description did not say anything abot wear and stff. i once bought a nwt diaper bag on there, i got it and it was nwt but it also had stains on it so i contacted the person and they refunded part of my money. some people would be happy to fix the problem but some wont. but also keep i mind shipping is usually not refunded and if oyu send the items back you will prob. have to pay the shipping so you have to think if it is evn worth it, sometimes it isnt
