Just an update.... I did refund her money plus shipping (I know... I shouldn't have, but I did).... And I will just chalk it up to a lesson learned. I packaged it the same way I have always packaged my others and never had any problems. She has yet to leave me feedback either positive or negative at this time! So we will see........
