The girl said that she would refund my money. Fine. I emailed her and said that I would send the clothes back. However I was on vacation when I got the email that she would give me a refund. I didn't get back until Friday and mailed them back on Saturday. However in that time she relisted the items to sell and they end in a few days. This is the email she sent me!!

Well, You said you were going to ship it a week ago, and I already relisted it and it is selling tomarrow, I am out the $20, to relist, plus the $20 I listed when you bought it, Did you send it parcel or priority? How much did it cost you? I was only reimbursing you the cost of the clothing, I need to recieve the clothes in the next few days, This really has caused a lot of problems. Did oyu already ship it??? If not, then why don't you just keep them and I will give you a partial refund?

This was my response to her:
I shipped it on Saturday Morning via USPS Parcel Post. It cost me 21.89 and I shipped with a confirmation. I was in the middle of washing everything, that was the delay, plus I was on vacation the week I received a response back from you stating you would refund my money. I was not about to drive 2 hours to ship a package back to you!! This is not my problem that you relisted the items before you received them back, and I'm not paying the extra $20.00 that it cost you to list and relist. The clothes were sent back to you in clean condition, freshly washed in a JCpenny box. I hope that answers all your concerns


I will never again buy from ebay. This is the worse experience I've ever had dealing with people.

I would leave detailed bad feedback.

I don't buy many used clothes off of ebay. Most of my used clothes comes from you guys and I have never had a problem. Sorry for such poor luck, that really stinks.

That is why I do not mess w/ e-bay at all................seems to me to be too many problems.

Sorry! I don't often buy used clothes on ebay, most people have a different idea of what excellent condition means! Sorry you have to deal with it!

i buy on ebay all the time, and it is used clothes most of the time. i ahve only had 1 problem buying on ebay and it was a NWT item that came to me with stains!!

It is unfair to blame all of ebay for what one person does. There are millions of people who sell on ebay. The majority of all transactions goes very smoothly. I would just never buy from that person again.

Oh my goodness! I can't believe she listed them without having them back in her possession! Then she's saying you can keep them and give you a partial refund? What's she going to do about the second seller?!

I think I would contact ebay about this--I think they will make it right --evern if the seller doesn't! Thats just crazy her listing them before she got them.
