Please post on this thread the NAME of a ebay user that we should NOT do business with.

Sometimes feedback doesn't tell the whole story. If you have a seller or a buyer to alert us to, please let us know thier user name. You are welcome to give us a brief explaination of why the transaction was so bad, but please be fair in your postings on this thread. This is NOT a thread for bashing or vendettas.

thanks!

I bought something from Leonard_Enterprises and it was totally not even what I bid on. They refunded my money but were rude. Also, there were fleas in the box(I saw bugs in it when I opened it) and my cat got infested with them(He is an indoor cat)

I love ebay. It is the best thing that every happened to me. Thankfully I haven't had a bad buying experience in 5 years of being a ebayer. Sure sometimes items are not exactly as described but the sellers have always been great about returning my money. And usually give a incentive to try them again.

Avoid susanott. She has yet to ship anything anyone has bought from her and has not responded to emails either. When I bought from her she had a 100% buyer rating. Within 1 month she has received 7 negative feedback scores- both as a buyer and seller. I have had to file a claim with paypal.

Update 1/30/08: I won my claim. ^^

I ebay a lot and rarely have a bad experience. Recently, I had a seller tell me they would discount shipping for multiple purchases... so i bought a few more things. Unfortunatley, they still charged me over 10$ to ship what could have been sent Priority for 4.60. I was unhappy. But next time will know to ask for a shipping quote. Hope someone can learn from my mistake.

You have to wonder if she had that great of feedback did something tragic happen to her. Maybe a illness or death in the family. Hopefully she will get back to you with your item. If not reporting to paypal is definitely the way to go.

I have Selling on Ebay since 2001 and I have to say that things have really improved. Feedback is better and the bad apples can't get away with much anymore like they used to.

My payment cleared paypal on 9/4 and I have not received my item. After no response to my emails I filed a paypal claim. So far no response. She has a 98% feedback with 689 feedbacks. However there are 6 negative in the last month and I haven't added mine yet. All of her responses to the negatives are that the seller was late in payment or they were impatient. I paid immediately and after a month there is no excuse.
