gap, i have seen used gap items go to almost as high or higher as new ones

Hanna Andersson hasn't been going as high for me lately...I've had luck with Gap, Appaman, See Kai Run shoes and Patagonia (especially). Also, Euro brands like Oilily and Marese usually do well.

I've seen Baby Nay do pretty good, Baby Lulu, and Chicken Noodle do well also.
