ladies, im no big time ebayer. in fact, ive sold things on ebay about 5 times - took a long time to get the entire listing together and go through all the pages and deal with the shipping and the emails to confirm and all that crap!

but i didnt want to just give my big plastic stuff away at my upcoming garage sale either. per mommysavers, i gave craigslist a try. OMG! HOW EASY!

it took me about 3 minutes to just put up the ad and im selling things like crazy! no more waiting a week - yes i know that you just never know how much it will go for on ebay (and you might get pleasantly surprised) but for someone like me that just wants to get it done and get my cash - i totally love craigslist.

I listed my first items on wednesday and have sold ALL OF THEM and have already given them over, cash in hand! i meet with the person right at the grocery store parking lot that is right behind my house.

thank you ladies for suggesting craigslist! its awesome!

Yeah I just started using it and its great . Though I did have to have the sellers come to my house (Furniture). I sold my Recliner that we had got for free for $50! So that was the biggest drawback

Glad it's working well for you. We have had some success but I think the majority has been bad. People say they want it and then never come to get it. I am really sick of both ebay and craigslist because it takes a lot of time to take pictures and list the stuff and then when nothing happens it is very irritating. It seems everyone wants it for nothing!
