Definately say 'no thanks' and walk away! I would also consider reporting them to ebay...
Ebay can be great but there are also a lot of scammers out there. Be careful with your username and password. Do not follow links in emails supposedly from ebay, a lot of phishing emails are sent that way from folks trying to hijack your account. If possible, use Paypal for payments...obviously, never give a seller your credit card information. Check a seller's feedback profile when deciding to buy something. Ebay has a community forum that can be great when you have questions or problems, you can get information from other buyers and sellers.
