Okay August 12th I purchased and paid for an Arbonne NutriMinC RE9 Anti-Aging Skin Care System from a seller. This was alot of money for me. So after not receiving any messages or my Arbonne, Aug 21st I popped off an email asking when my Arbonne was shipped, and that I was anxiously awaiting it. She replied on Aug 22nd " I apologize I just lost my dad and It's been crazy I will take care of this ASAP". I told her I was sorry for her loss, and please let me know when my Arbonne is shipped out. She hasn't replied to that email as of yet. My question is how much time should I give her??

I would have given a week and then asked. After that MAYBE 5 days! I would just ask for a refund after that!

So I have given her too much time.
I thought I might give her a few more days and then email and tell her I was going to "Report an Item Not Received" with ebay, if she doesn't give me a tracking# to let me know it has been shipped by the end of the week.

If it's not here Monday or Tuesday I would ask for my money back. It's been too long.

I agree, she's had more than enough time.

That is a long time, but maybe under the circumstances it is a little more understandable. You could wait till the middle of this week and ask for a tracking number or money back. Even give her a deadline to get this to you. If she misses her deadline, let her know that you will be going to ebay to report the nonrecipt of your item. Good Luck and I hope everything works out.

I have to say you have given her plenty of time, so you set a deadline on what you feel and stick to it!

I'm skeptic. If she replied the day after the email was sent and then gave you a response like "my father died" (which is tragic yes, but I surely do hope that actually happenned), she is aware of her responsibilities and in my opinion is late. If she can answer emails she can mail her shipments. Grieving or not. JMO

Thing is, you have to take it at face value that this really happened. I had one ebayer DIE on me (supopsedly) during a transaction. I bought a rain jacket and an umbrella for Meghan, and it took forever to get here. The DC said it was recieved at the PO, but it never came to my house. It was so wierd, she said she would send me another one, offered to refund me, the next email I get is from her mother saying she had 'passed on'. I'm like WTH???? LOL I wrote the whole thing off, then 2 weeks later, got an umbella and raincoat in the mail! LOL So who knows???

I agree that you should take it at face value and give her a little more time. If she doesn't even respond, then I would report her.
