I sold an item on eBay on Sept. 12. I sent 3 invoices to the winning bidder and finally reported her to eBay. Well sure enought the 7 day grace period is almost up and she finally sends me an email saying she was sick and forgot to pay. She wants to know if she can still have the item. I have been very patient and now have a bad taste in my mouth about this experience. Do I have to sell it to her? I actually have someone else (friend) who wants the items. What are the ramifications if I don't sell it to her?

there are NO ramifications. You are not obligated to sell to her unless you want too. She did not follow the terms of your auction therefore, you do not have to contine to do business with her. KEEP YOUR EMAILS. Just in case, she tries to file something with paypal, or ebay, you will have your proof that you emailed her several times with not answer and she finnally contacted you after 7 days.
