Thanks guys for all your responses. I emailed her and told her to give it a few more days before I refunded the money! But do I refund her the whole amount or just her bid? That's what I am trying to figure out.

Thanks a bunch

In six years of selling on Ebay I have only had two people want a refund...in both cases I refunded both the bid amount and the shipping cost.

My philosophy is, do what you would want someone to do for you.

I know alot of people don't feel this way though, you will just have to do what you think is the right thing...even if it means losing a couple of bucks in the process.

In the future, you should always ship from home. If you print out your shipping from paypal online, you get free DC, and its auto insured as long as you ship to the confimed addy on paypal.
