I filed a non paying bidder report with eBay. The buyer never responded and I filed two weeks ago. What do I do next? It says I can file for my final sale fees to be refunded as well as a credit to be able to list again for free...but how? I've looked and looked...do I have to wait a certain amount of time now to file for my refund and credit??

I have done it a few times but can't remember the step by step

I think you go back to the NPB page where it tells you the process, and it lists all the claims that are open. YOu click on the one you want and it will instruct you on what to do next. I think thats how this works, Its been a while shince I've had to do this.
