I never really think about craiglist. I have been looking at ebay, but the books I wanted are not at that good of a price, and I couldn't decide on what size jeans to buy my daughter. I had some money in paypal to spend, and ended up spending it at Overstock.com
I am not understanding why you can't get a webkinz at ebay for less than 30 dollars. I had some amazon money, so I got a webkinz there for around 14 something shipped.

I did find some great deals on MP3 players for my girls, they were more of a generic brand but they had 4GB, I bid on two from the same seller and one I paid 31.01 for & the other I paid 29.25, I admit I am a little worried because they are electronics but they come with a 2 year warrenty, I carefully went thru the seller's feedback and it was 100% plus the comments for the MP3 player were really good. I also read the intructions for the MP3 player to make sure these would work for us and all seems well so far, I guess I am really not out tons of money if I have problems but it sure seemed like a good deal.

I bought a few things for my youngest through ebay for her Build a Bear and friend 2b made (a sister store of Build a bear- instead of animals you make dolls)- I got a makeup kit and blanket and pillow set- for a fraction of original price and lower than the gas mileage and time it would take me to go to the local store.

I posted a want on craigslist for Build a bear clothes (the clothes also fit the sweetheart friends 2 b made doll as well) a few weeks ago. I got a few responses from people wanting to sell 1 outfit for $15 (might as well go to the store and buy one new for that price!)- but a woman emailed me an hour ago and her daughter is trying to sell some of her build a bear stuff. Her daughter sent me a picture of the stuff and for $20 I will get- an ice skating outfit with panties, ice skates, hairbow, bathing suit with sandals, beach ball, towel, cover up, dog accessories (leash, collar, bone, bowls), a skirt, hat, shirt and a pair of tennis shoes! What is really nice is that they are all in good shape and my daughter will be so excited to have some of the dog items for her dog (which is named Teddy Bear- ). I don't have to go to the dreaded mall now (I would feel bad getting her some accesories without just 1 new outfit!)!

ETA: I forgot it also includes a silk pj set with bunny slippers!

I bought my dd a small coach purse she wanted that was not this year's model. I got her a new one with tags for about 1/2 price so I'm happy. Of course it's not arrived yet, so maybe I'll change my opinion when I get it.
