I sold 2 infant sun hats on Ebay at the start of the summer. I stated I didn't accept Paypal for this auction. This person won the acution and including shipping was about $4.25. So she waits a couple of days and emails me saying she couldn't beleive I didn't accept paypal and I would have to wait a couple of days for her to get one. No problem. Then she emails me everyday about her purchase. When is she going to get it because she needs it, to make sure I send it the minute I get my MO. Then about 12 days after the auction I get in the mail cash. Ok, fine, if she really needed it in a hurry why not send the cash that day??? I sent her items out that day and emailed her saying that. Then she proceeds to email me about it still. I recieved about 6 emails from her. Then she starts emailing me again, 4 emails all demanding I leave her positive feedback. She left me fb saying "thanks". I didn't because she was demanding it. Now I got a email from stating she wants to withdrawl her fb because I didn't leave her anything! I received about 12 emails in all from her. Outrageous! I always leave fb but since she left all these demanding emails I still didn't want to give her netraul fb.
I really fell like I should now.

Has anyone ever withdrew feedback? Should I email her about it?? Her emails were like reading a crazy womans mail.

I didn't think you COULD withdraw feedback except for dire circumstances. Did it give you an opportunity to say NO?? Couldn't withdrawing it leave her the ability to then leave a negative for no reason?? I would definitely fight that one...and in leaving her feedback, I would write, "Buyer didn't read NO PAYPAL, said she'd send MO, sent CASH...difficult to work with but did pay"....that way it is honest all the way...but lets others know she is a PIA!!

When I leave feedback they is something that says, "are you sure because you can't change your feedback" or something of that nature. I would leave her neutral feedback. Big deal if she changes yours. You can counter it and people will take that into consideration.

Well, It is in my power to say no to the taking away of the fb. It would still be on it but no longer counts, which isn't a big deal. The only way she could do it is if both parties agree to take it away. I said no to that. I did my part the right way. I think I will leave a neutral now because she has taken up so much of my time with her emails. I should write..."Here is your feedback". She is a nut job deluxe!

Just left neutral fb saying...Too many emails demanding fd, buyer did pay...Happy now?
I know its catty but it makes me feel better!

If the feedback is pos, she can't withdraw it. BUT she can add to it, I think. She sound nuts! I would just stop answering her emails and be done with her.

technically she paid you and all went well. i would, however state in the comment that "buyer was high maintenance..." or something to that effect.

I have seen feedback that says, Here's your d*mn feedback, happy now?

It wasn't on my luckily but on someone that I was thinking about bidding on one of their auctions, I didn't bid because of it

I think you left her a nicer feedback than I would have! Good job

She does sound like a nut job! I probably would have left her the exact feedback she left you ( "Thanks) just to get rid of her!
